Welcome the NFA Bagpipe Club
The purpose of the NFA Bagpipe Club is to educate students and faculty in the arts of Bag piping and Scottish drumming. Dan Pisowloski and Colleen Cournoyer teach students piping. Dan also teaches drumming. Between the two students, they have 13 years of combined experience. They have competed in, and won, competition throughout the USA and as far away as Ontario and Scotland. Dan Currently competes at the Grade 1 piping level and will compete at the Grade 3 drumming level for 2010. Colleen will be competing at the Grade 3 piping level for 2010.
The club is open to all students, staff and faculty interested in learning to play bagpipes, Scottish drums or those who have an interest in such things. Meetings are announced on the NFA morning announcements.
