**All participants must have a signed permission slip on file. Permission slips can be picked up in the student affairs office.
Floor Hockey - A tournament is held in the spring. Put together a team roster and give it to Mr. Brown.
Ping Pong - A tournament will be held during the school year.
Running - A two day a week running program will run from March through May. Participants will be instructed on how to get the body in shape to run a race or run for fitness. Running in a local 5k will be offered to all those taking part in this activity. See Mrs. Walling if interested.
Weight Training - Will be held after school from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Listen to morning announcements for any changes. See Mr. Brown for available days. All lifters must wear athletic gear into the weight room.
Yoga - Yoga will be held every Tuesday from 2:30 - 3:30 pm in room 72 (above Norton Gym).
