The girls volleyball team won a hard fought 5 game match against league rival Fitch to claim the Class LL state title. After being down 2 games to 0, the girls won 3 straight for the win.
The amazing run through the tournament included wins against #5 seed Trumbull, #4 seed Cheshire and #1 seed Greenwich.
Katie Wilson and Kastine Evans combined for 63 kills to lead the cats.
