Register for challenging courses and do your best in them
Discuss taking the PLAN and/or PSAT (Sign up with the guidance secretary)
Get your PLAN/PSAT results (in December)
Attend your SEOP (parents invited) during the second semester to review your course selection and your plans for the future, discuss colleges or programs you would like to visit to learn more about
Review the SAT & ACT online to determine which test is better for you, take the sample tests and see which one you do better on
Attend the NFA College Fair – be prepared with questions and a list of schools you are interested in
Visit the Career Resource Center for the latest information on jobs, scholarships, colleges and program information
Check out scholarships in the Career Resource Center be aware that there are scholarships available to all high school students, not just seniors
