Prior to admittance to The Norwich Free Academy, each student shall receive an assessment from his/her health care provider to determine the risk of exposure to tuberculosis and provide written assessment results to The Norwich Free Academy. The Norwich Free Academy follows Tuberculosis Control Screening Guidelines as per the Connecticut Department of Public Health.
When a student travels out of the United States for more than one week, the Medical Center must be notified to determine the need for tuberculosis screening. |
