As NFA’s cherry trees prepare to blossom to carpet NFA sidewalks in pink petals, seniors look forward to a full schedule of events, marking the conclusion of their four years at NFA. 

Senior events include a Class Trip, May 24, to Holiday Hill in Prospect, CT; the Senior Prom, June 7, Mystic Marriott, and the Senior Breakfast, June 17, at Ocean Beach Park, New London.  Fees for the events are $40 for the class trip, $60 for the senior prom; and $25 for the Breakfast; a total package discount of $110 is offered for students on all three events for tickets purchased before May 17.

Bus transportation to Ocean Beach Park will be provided if enough students are interested.

The post prom event is planned for the night of June 7.  Tickets are available from Mrs. Howe in the Student Activities Office for $10.

Students should purchase their graduation caps and gowns from Mrs. Martin in Bradlaw House Office.  The fee is $23 before April 30 and $25 after that date.

NFA’s Athletic Awards Ceremony takes place 6 p.m., June 19, in Slater Auditorium; and Senior Class Night is planned for 6 p.m., June 20, in Alumni Gymnasium.

Seniors must attend the final graduation rehearsal, 1 p.m., June 18, in Shattuck Building.

Graduation takes place at 4 p.m., June 21.  Seniors must report to Shattuck Building no later than 3 p.m.
