The Norwich Free Academy believes that student participation in co-curricular activities is a vital element in the high school experience. We have found that active students are more likely to enjoy their high school years and will not only perform better academically during periods of co-curricular membership, but they will also enhance their self knowledge and social development. We therefore encourage all students to explore the many activities available to them and not to pass up the opportunity to gain new friends, to have new experiences, and to appreciate their high school years.
Over 65 clubs exist at NFA. There are opportunities for you to become part of clubs that have a focus on community service, music, languages, a variety of outdoor activities and much more. It is the goal of NFA to facilitate an environment in which students are active and engaged.
