Request Transcripts

All transcript requests are processed through the Office of the Registrar. To obtain a copy of your official transcript, you may appear in person with a signed copy of the Release of Records Authorization, $5 and photo I.D. Current students may request transcripts through their guidance counselor.

If you are unable to appear in person, you may mail a copy of the completed Release of Records Authorization form along with your $5.00 check or money order made payable to NFA to the address listed below. Transcripts are processed by the end of the week in which the request and fee are received by the Office of the Registrar.

NOTE: There is a $20.00 fee for any returned checks due to insufficient funds. Emails or faxed requests for transcripts will not be honored. Original signatures must be on file with NFA at the time of your request. If you have any questions regarding a transcript request, please email Melody Pishka, Registrar, ahead of time.
